The collaboration combines the two companies' expertise in building automation and electronics distribution, aiming to serve the rapidly expanding smart home and automation market in Western India. DBG Tech's distribution network and market knowledge in Maharashtra, paired with Modo's portfolio of Loxone, Aqara, SwitchBot, Govee, Lockin and Meross, gives customers across the state access to smart building solutions backed by expert technical support and system integration.

Maharashtra is among India's most dynamic building-automation markets. As part of the agreement, DBG Tech will receive extensive product training, technical resources and ongoing support for system design and implementation.
