Every arch, cornice, and gilded flourish inside speaks a language of old-world craftsmanship — hand-carved mouldings, crystal chandeliers cascading from coffered ceilings, a mashrabiya-inspired lattice screen filtering golden light into the adjoining prayer room, silk drapery framing arched windows. It is a home designed in the tradition of palaces: grand, ornate, unhurried, with quiet spaces built in for reflection as much as for living.

We were entrusted with weaving a full Loxone smart system into its very bones, and we knew a home this considered deserved control interfaces as refined as the architecture around it. So instead of standard switches, we custom-finished every panel in gold — DAY and NIGHT scenes, curtain motors, chandelier dimmers, and climate control, all housed in fixtures that catch the light like the rest of the room.
And you never even have to reach for them. From anywhere in the world, a single app puts every room, mood, and motor in the palm of your hand.
