Across three floors of this villa, a quiet intelligence is coming together — over 275 connected devices, from cameras and lighting to door access, all learning to work as one. We're currently fine-tuning automations, curtain controls, and personalized room dashboards, shaping a home that watches over its family, adjusts to their day, and feels effortless the moment it's complete.
A home this size deserves a system that feels invisible.
Behind the walls of this villa, we've been building exactly that — a full smart ecosystem spanning the ground, first, and second floors. Over 275 devices now work together: lighting scenes, switches, spotlights, and security cameras positioned to watch over every corner, all learning to respond as one connected system rather than a collection of separate parts.
Each room has its own identity within the network — named, organized, and laid out on a central touchscreen so that navigating the home feels as natural as walking through it. Door access is being finalized for secure, seamless entry, and we're now extending the system further, integrating curtain motors so that even natural light becomes part of the home's daily rhythm.
We're in the final stretch — fine-tuning automations, refining responsiveness, and preparing to walk the family through their new home in full. What's emerging is a villa that doesn't just look complete, but feels considered in every corner: calm, responsive, and quietly working in the background of everyday life.
