We delivered an all-inclusive Loxone integration for this three-storey Nad Al Sheba villa — controlling lighting, curtains, staircase lighting, irrigation, AC, and Wi-Fi from one intelligent system. We also installed a full Ubiquiti camera network, giving the home seamless comfort, convenience, and security in a single connected experience.
Some homes make you notice the technology. This one doesn't — that's the point. Behind this three-storey villa in Nad Al Sheba's sculpted, contemporary facade sits an indoor pool and games room, a glass floor suspended over a reflecting pool, a floating timber staircase, and a rooftop lounge — a home built to impress. Modo Technologies was brought in to bring it to life. Modo delivered a full Loxone integration across the villa: lighting, ceiling lights, curtains, staircase lighting, irrigation, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, unified into one intelligent system. The amber-lit stair treads, the recessed ceiling coves, the accent lighting behind the living wall, and the warm glow over the pool room all respond together, whether it's the time of day, a scheduled routine, or a single tap. Alongside the Loxone build, Modo installed a complete Ubiquiti camera system, giving the homeowners full visibility and control over the property. The result is a home where every light, curtain, and climate setting works as one. Comfort, convenience, and security now run from a single connected system that works in the background — the highest compliment any smart home can earn.
