How prices are quoted, what is included, and when a price can change.
Currency
All prices on this website and in our quotations are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless the quotation states another agreed currency.
Tax
Prices are exclusive of UAE Value Added Tax unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at the prevailing rate and shown separately on your quotation, order confirmation and tax invoice.
Goods
Product prices are shown per unit and exclude delivery unless stated. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
We take care to price accurately. If we discover a material pricing error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Services and project work
Design, installation and integration are quoted per project against a written scope of work. Every quotation itemises what is included, what is excluded, and the payment schedule.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. After that date it may be re-issued to reflect current equipment costs and exchange rates.
Work outside the quoted scope is priced and agreed in writing as a variation before it is carried out. You will never receive a charge for work you did not approve.
What can change a price
A change you request to the scope, specification or programme.
Site conditions that were not visible or disclosed at the time of survey.
A manufacturer price change on equipment not yet ordered, where the quotation has expired.
In every case we tell you in writing and obtain your approval before the change takes effect.
